JUST HORSING AROUND

Joy joined the Girl Scouts and her troop was going horseback riding.  That was so much fun – it was the girls’ very favorite thing to do!  Joy met the gang at “Happy Stables.”  The farmer brought out the big horses for the rest of the troop, but only a pony for Joy.  “No fair,” Joy cried, “I’m just as old as all of my troop mates!”  “Sorry,” the man said, “but you’re much shorter than your friends, you’ll just have to wait until you get taller and maybe, someday, you can ride the big ones too!”
